Uncovering Stories with Dr. John M. Coggeshall

Join author and anthropologist, Dr. John M. Coggeshall, for an engaging evening on unearthing stories through lived experience.
Dr. Coggeshall will share insights from the Appalachian region and his cultural anthropology research in the Upstate, including his most recent work A Slow Life but a Good Life: Stories from the Mountains and uncovering Liberia’s story.
This presentation will be held in the meeting room as your enter the building on your right.
Captain Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library
The Captain Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library is located in Easley, SC just off of Highway 123. This location serves as the headquarters for the Pickens County Library System. The facility features the largest reservable meeting space within the library system as well as a conference room, several smaller study rooms, a historical room and archives lab. Public computers and 24/7 wifi access are also available.
