Join us to discuss a different book every month!

The Lost Apothecary is the story of two women who are working to find their own way in the world. In the late eighteenth century, we meet Nella, the titular apothecary. She’s infamous in London as the place to go when you’re a woman wronged - she’ll help you quickly dispose of a troublesome man in your life.

About the branch

The Village Library is located on North Catherine Street in the county seat of Pickens. All library branches including the Village branch feature honeybee observation hives thanks to the support of Bee Well Honey, located in Pickens. A large meeting room, conference room, and study rooms are available as well as public computers and free wifi access.
