Join us for "Eating Healthy with Jacob Graber," a Health Educator from SNAP-Ed at the Clemson University Learning Institute. In this session, we'll explore the Coordinated Approach to Childhood Health (CATCH), a program that teaches kids about nutrition through fun physical activities. We will cover the five food groups, identify foods in each group, and discuss the importance of healthy eating. Plus, we’ll discover practical ways to stay active and improve overall health
